North Bay Industries (NBI) has over fifteen years of maintaining large Government grounds. We begin by creating an extensive quality control plan for each contract as well as, a projected annual maintenance plan, customized to the individual contract or customer's needs. Our services include mowing, trimming, edging, irrigation repair/maintenance, flower/shrub bed maintenance, and other landscaping services. We also have experience in sports field maintenance, including infield and outfield services such as striping. Federal Grounds Maintenance NBI is currently contracted to mow, trim, and water at the Coast Guard Family Housing, Hamilton Field (Marin County); Coast Guard Training Center (Sonoma County); the Naval Weapons Station (Contra Costa County); the Naval Postgraduate School and the Presidio of Monterey (Monterey). Until the base closed in 1998, NBRS also performed grounds maintenance for the Navy at Mare Island. Commercial Grounds Maintenance NBI also performs grounds maintenance for commercial customers.
