SERVICES: Work Group & Individual Placement Services

Work Group Services
This service places a group of workers (usually 3 in number) who work at a job-site in the community, but are employed and supervised by qualified and dedicated NBI employees.

A Work Group functions as a unit of a company work force performing tasks assigned by the host employer.

Individual Placement
NBI uses a successful "seek, place, train" method for its individual placement program:

  1. Seek: NBI Job Developers match eager and talented individuals with reputable local employers in the community.
  2. Place: NBI Job Developers select and place individuals in part-time and/or full-time positions.
  3. Train: NBI Job Coaches provide on-site job training and support for as long as needed. (Job coaching gradually phases out and is replaced by follow-up visits to ensure employer/employee satisfaction.)
